i cannot seem to pinpoint the source of my hesitation to enjoy the holidays this year. could it be because I am the state's bitch too broke to buy gifts? or it could be because shortly after the holidays, i will turn the big 3-0... maybe it is just the lack of snow. oj vey.
Ooh, I like that creepy, rotty pumpkin. Reminds me of something from Nightmare Before Christmas.
I am excited for Thanksgiving: lots of tasty food and no presents required.
I am not excited for Christmas: I can't even find time to shop for myself anymore, which makes the thought of having to find/buy lots of other people gifts seem very, um, unappealing.
ha, i think D mentioned something about nightmare b4 christmas during one of the 50 times we've come home and said "we should really do something about these pumpkins."
i dislike shopping with a passion. if only they sold things on the internet...
i will admit that i am excited about thanksgiving. i do like to eat, and lay around.

I refuse to believe that Christmas is upon us. In fact, I refuse to believe that Thanksgiving is upon us. It's too soon. Too soon!

I don't believe in Christmas..or for that matter Easter, Columbus Day or Veterans Day. The only holiday worth celebrating is HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!
